Guatemala Chimaltenango was sourced through Red Fox Coffee Merchants based in Berkley, CA, Oaxaca (Mexico), and Lima (Peru).

Tasting Notes: Baked Apple and Orange Peel, with lesser notes of hibiscus, raspberry, pomegranate, and wildflower honey.
Altitude:
1800-2000
Variety: Bourbon, Caturra, Typica
Process: Washed
Fermentation: 8-12 hours, dry
Drying: 6 days on cement patios
