BIKE TO WORK DAY RECAP

Riding your bike to work never looked so good.

We had to get up a little earlier than normal, but it was worth it to see so many people biking to work. We teamed up with our neighbors at US Bank to set up a BTW2022 Pit Stop complete with contests, slow ride competition, e-bike demo, pastries from Split Bakehouse, coffee giveaways, and some pretty solid good vibes.

The coffee was pretty good too.

Thanks to Pump Coffee in Mission Beach and Roast! West Coast the coffee podcast for providing prizes, and to Ride 1up for providing the e-bikes to try. Big shout-out to our neighbors at US Bank for letting us take over their parking lot and supporting riding your bike to work.

Sandag’s Bike to Work team stopped by to check out the pitstop real early in the morning.
